The FiNVERSE Hackathon by ASBhive at Asia School of Business is a national Fintech challenge during MyFintech Week 2025, inviting teams to develop innovative solutions in sustainability, open finance, and fraud prevention. Finalists will pitch live on 4 August for a chance to win prizes and explore future collaboration opportunities.

Open to developers, students, and entrepreneurs, the hackathon encourages real-world impact through ideas like ESG-linked savings platforms. Applications run from 10 June to 12 July, with mentorship and briefings provided to support participants.

Who should attend MyFW 2025? +

MyFW 2025 is open to anyone with an interest in shaping the future of finance and technology. This includes professionals from the banking and financial services industry, Fintech innovators, regulators and policymakers, investors, tech developers, academics, and students. Whether you're leading digital transformation, developing breakthrough solutions, crafting policy, or learning about the latest trends, MyFW 2025 offers something for everyone — from networking and collaboration to cutting-edge insights and learning opportunities.

Is there an early bird rate? What are the fees? +

Yes, an early bird fee of RM2,250 for bundle package (main sessions and masterclass 3 sessions) is available until 19 June 2025. Please note that the early bird fee does not apply to the masterclass and main event separately.

What is included in the registration fee? +

The registration fee includes access to the main hall, satellite events, exhibition area, business matching sessions, and food & beverages throughout the event.

Can I attend just one day of the event? +

The ticket fee is standard - covering either the one-day Masterclass (4 Aug, 3 sessions), the three-day Main Event (5–7 Aug), or the full bundle package. It’s up to delegates to decide whether to attend all days or just part of the event, based on the ticket purchased. However, for delegates using the HRD Corp grant, full attendance is mandatory as HRD Corp requires manual sign-ins throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in the organiser invoicing the delegate/company after the event.

Are walk-ins permitted or must I register in advance? +

No, registration must be done prior to the event, and it may close once the event reaches maximum hall capacity. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.

Can I walk in to just visit the booths? +

No, the event is only open to successfully registered delegates. Access to the booths is available to those who have completed their registration.

Can I register manually for the event? +

No, all registrations must be done online. However, if you encounter any issues with the online registration process, please email and we will assist you.

Is the programme HRD Corp claimable? +

The HRD Corp application is in progress. We will provide an update once it has been approved.

Is the programme STF claimable? +

Yes, the Staff Training Fund (STF) is claimable for AICB members. Please contact the STF Secretariat at for more details on your STF credit and the utilisation process.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance or CPD hours? +

MyFW 2025 delegates will receive a certificate of attendance. We are currently confirming the CPD hours for MyFW 2025 and will provide an update once available.

Will the event be held in-person, virtually, or in hybrid format? +

This is a physical event. If a virtual component is introduced closer to the event date, this will be announced on the website and social media channels.

Will delegates receive session recordings or presentation slides after the event? +

Session recordings will not be made available after the event.

We will share the presentation materials of speakers who have given consent via a link.

What is the cancellation or refund policy? +

Group registrations or corporate passes are not available. A standard registration fee applies to all delegates.

Is there a dress code for the event? +

The recommended dress code is business formal or business casual throughout the event.

Will meals be provided? +

Yes, refreshments and lunch will be provided. Kindly refer to the event agenda for the scheduled meal breaks.

Is there parking at the venue? +

Yes, limited parking is available at RM5 per entry. We highly encourage delegates to commute via public transport for a smooth journey to the venue.

No, the delegate list will not be shared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
